Alina J is a full-service influencer marketing agency, founded in 2019 by Alina Shaw. Our mission is to help influencers connect with their dream brands and build long-lasting relationships. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do, and are dedicated to delivering the best results for our clients. NATALIE
Talent Manager
Natalie is a Utah State graduate with a Communication Studies Degree and a Certificate in Conflict Management and Facilitation. She has a professional background in marketing and recruiting, and she enjoys cultivating meaningful relationships with clients through intentional communication and active goal-setting.

ALINA
Founder & CEO,
Talent Manager
Alina, the founder of Alina J, has been working in marketing for 6+ years. She has a degree in communications from USU and a Masters in Business and Marketing from SUU. She is a strategy wiz and loves the challenge of finding dream partnerships for her clients.

JENNA
Talent Manager
Jenna loves bringing people together and creating meaningful connections. While earning her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy, she discovered her passion for communication, advocacy, and community. She’s led national events, mentored interns, presented at conferences, and co-authored work on mental health. Now, she brings that same drive to influencer marketing—amplifying voices and sparking conversations.
